Dr. Orode Doherty
Dr Orode Doherty, the convener of The Newborn Platform Platform Platform is also the CEO of Ingress Health Partners. She is a Harvard-educated Public Health Physician and US Board certified Paediatrician with a special focus on Children, Youth and Women.
She received Paediatric training at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital and the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh where she was an award-winning Paediatric resident and clinician.
Before setting up The Newborn Platform Platform Platform, Dr Doherty and her team had provided in-person and virtual care for thousands of babies since 2020 through the Ingress Health Clinic and partnering with various groups. The Platform is a response to the ongoing need for access to reliable healthcare advice concerning young infants and children for mothers: we provide this 24/7 service in real time to moms through our competent team of child health specialists.
Our vision is networked communities of informed empowered mothers who actively propagate reliable health information, dispel myths and improve healthy behaviours, parenting their newborns confidently.
